The BERLITA residential project is located at a quiet address in Beroun, right next to the walls that surround the historic heart of the city in the immediate vicinity of the confluence of the Berounka and Litavka rivers.
As part of our activity, we place the highest emphasis on professionalism, sustainability and client approach. As a matter of social responsibility, we strive to make everything we build sustainable in some way. Building a home or a place of rest for people is not just a job, but a responsibility.
The apartments are designed with great emphasis on well considered layouts, and they are also equipped with quality materials. They impress with their airiness, underlined by colour and material solution. The living rooms are equipped with large-format windows for beautiful views of the surroundings. The interior of each apartment is extended by a loggia or balcony, and the penthouses on the top floor are extended by spacious terraces. Everything was thought out in detail so that living in Beroun was created for the demanding clients.
The ground and underground floors of the BERLITA apartment building are reserved for covered parking spaces, there are also plenty of parking spaces in front of the building. Charging station for electric cars is also available. The revitalization of the surrounding area took place, so today BERLITA is surrounded by greenery and pleasant corners for moments of relaxation. The Berlita project was successfully completed and the apartments were handed over for moving in 2022.

To design a large apartment building on the edge of the historic centre is always a challenge. We wanted to create a modern building that would meet the high demands for quality housing - we were primarily thinking of families with children. We placed particular emphasis on the lightness of each apartment and sufficient storage space. The request of the developer was to connect the interior with the exterior, i.e. a balcony or terrace, which we managed to achieve.
Our entire team is looking forward to the real appearance of the house, as the BERLITA project has been living with us for several years.
